Ibec IR/HR Graduate Programme 2018

Ibec's paid graduate programme provides a unique opportunity for graduates to gain insight into Industrial Relations, Human Resources and Employment Law issues as they affect employers in Ireland.

Participants will gain a qualification in employment law, learn to resolve problems confidently and competently, while gaining practical knowledge of industrial relations and human resources issues by attending at the third party employment institutions (Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court).

A month long placement in an Ibec member company HR department allows participants to put into practice the knowledge and expertise gained from the supportive learning environment offered by Ibec.

Ibec's programme provides a springboard to a successful career in Ibec itself or an Ibec member company.

The closing date for applications is Friday 17 November 2017. There will be an initial shortlisting and on-line assessment process. Successful candidates will then be invited to participate in an assessment day on Tuesday 23 or Wednesday 24 January 2018 in Ibec's Dublin office.

Please find below a sample application form - this is a sample form solely for preview purposes and cannot to be used to submit applications.
